The Robert McLaughlin Gallery's School Tours programme is based on the Ontario Curriculum and combines information, discussion, and hands-on activities to incorporate a wide range of learning abilities. When booking a tour please note:
• We require a teacher accompany both the tour and studio component.
• Elementary School Tours can accommodate groups of up to 60 students.
• High School Tours can accommodate groups of up to 30 students at a time.
• Tours are offered Tuesday through Friday (scheduling is flexible for early dismissal schools.)
• Special considerations to customize tours may be made.
• A cancellation fee of $20.00 applies to tours cancelled less than two weeks before a scheduled tour date.
• For $6.00/student tours, minimum group rate is $60.00. For $7.00/student tours, minimum group rate is $70.00.
Allergen Policy: The Robert McLaughlin Gallery advises all programme registrants suffering from allergenic medical conditions, documented or otherwise, that they register at their own risk. The Robert McLaughlin Gallery, its employees, instructors and contractors make no representations and will accept no liability regarding presence or absence of all allergens at facilities where programmes take place. No staff member shall administer medication of any kind to a child. If a child has an allergy or other medical condition that may require a quick response with medication, the parent or other responsible adult who has the parent's permission, is welcome to stay in the Gallery in the event of that child's need.
