The Robert McLaughlin Gallery Library is for those interested in art for pleasure or serious research. Located on the first level of the Gallery it is the largest and most comprehensive art library between Toronto and Kingston. Library resources include art books, artist monographs, artists’ files, clipping books, Canadian exhibition catalogues, slides, auction catalogues and an extensive journal collection.

The Thomas Bouckley CollectionThe Thomas Bouckley Collection at The Robert McLaughlin Gallery consists of over 4000 prints and corresponding negatives. Of this number, 2283 photographs and negatives are catalogued and actively used for exhibitions and by the public for research of Oshawa and the surrounding area. |
